IBMS Bylaws

IBMS is a Canadian not-for-profit corporation, registered to do business in the United States as a 501(c)(3) organization.  IBMS is governed in accordance with its bylaws, which are reviewed by the Board of Directors on a regular basis. 

At the most recent IBMS Board Meeting on September 15 in Honolulu, Hawaii, the Board voted to amend the IBMS Bylaws.  Those amendments were posted on the IBMS website on October 1, 2007.  IBMS members were asked to approve or reject those amendments by October 15, 2007.  The Bylaw Amendments were unanimously approved and updated into the IBMS Bylaws on October 16, 2007.
