Registration Procedure

Only credit card payments will be accepted for online registration. 

You may also register by completing and faxing the registration form to IBMS Registration Services at (+1/202) 367-2173. Payment may be made with credit card or bank transfer for faxed registration forms. For bank transfer instructions, please contact the Registration Services staff.  Registrations will not be accepted by telephone.

Please note that a separate registration form is needed to register each participant. 

Group Reservations

Group reservations (10 people or more) can also be completed online or by communicating with IBMS Registration Services by phone at (+1202) 367-1173, by fax at (+1202) 367-2173 or email at .

Cancellations:  All cancellations must be made in writing. Please fax cancellation notification to +1 202 367 2173 or email to registration@ibmsonline.org. Refunds minus a $100 USD administrative fee will be granted until February 15, 2010. No refunds will be possible after February 15, 2010 at which time all sales are final.
